SpekDev LLC operates spekdev.com. This policy explains how we handle information connected with our corporate website and enquiries sent to us. It does not cover our mobile applications, which have separate privacy notices where applicable.

Information we receive

When you contact us by email or through our contact form, we receive your name, email address, message, and any other information you choose to include.

Our website infrastructure and security providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and security-related signals.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information in your message.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to enquiries, maintain relevant correspondence, operate and troubleshoot the website, prevent spam and abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use contact messages to enrol you in marketing campaigns.

Service providers and sharing

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse. Turnstile processes browser and device signals for that purpose.

Contact-form messages are processed by Resend for email delivery and by Google Workspace, which provides our email inbox. These services process the information needed to deliver, receive, and manage correspondence.

We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights or address fraud or security threats. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Contact-form messages are delivered to our email inbox. We do not maintain a separate website database of contact submissions, but correspondence can remain in our mailbox and our providers’ systems.

We retain correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and related follow-up, maintain necessary records, or meet legal obligations. Technical and delivery records are subject to the relevant service settings and provider retention practices.

Cookies and browser preferences

We do not use advertising cookies or advertising trackers on this website. Website-delivery and security services may use cookies or similar technologies where needed for their functions.

The website reads your browser’s reduced-motion preference to choose between animated and static presentation. This preference is used locally for presentation and is not submitted with your enquiry.

Website analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand website visits and page performance. It provides measurements such as page views, referring sites, browser and device categories, and loading times. We use these measurements to improve the website, not for advertising profiles.

International processing

SpekDev LLC is based in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.

Your choices and requests

You may contact hello@spekdev.com to ask about information you have provided or to request access, correction, or deletion. Depending on your location, applicable law may provide additional rights.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or address an unresolved matter.
